The Sun and the Moon

The GOOD continued

What is the one assumption we all make? To start and find this answer I looked at the meaning of GOOD. There is a deeper meaning that we all have below what the vocabulary can tell us, and beyond the connotation we assign. This is the symbolic meaning the one we feel but most likely do not know. So the exploration I am heading to is by definition to the unknown. To write and especially read about this it requires attention, an open mind, it requires honesty with one self because after all, we just don’t know.

I made the case that the real root of GOOD is infinity, or we can say GOOD is the permanent. This is what we really mean when we say GOOD, is actually a comparison, a valuation of everything being looked at against time, the quality in longevity. I want to look at another important association we make with GOOD.

There are people that we consider more advanced in life, lawyers, doctors, managers, engineers, academics, etc., we call them professionals, initially they learn about the subject in school get a public recognition and we expect a result that is assured. Some others prove their abilities with work through results we all accept and they get recognized. What is setting them apart? Why do they hold this position? Most should agree that is knowledge. We can identify this knowledge as something that resides in their imagination. But instead of opening a discussion topic where it resides, I would like to know what is the function, the impact that this knowledge has towards this recognition? And that is something we can all agree on. It is making choices on their subject matter. We except them to make the better choice than most, the GOOD choice. We pay them; they make their living by doing this. The easier role to illustrate and understand these choices is probably the engineer. He would say he applies the laws of nature to build things. Where do these laws reside? Where is gravity? Well is everywhere, everywhere out there. Where is electricity? Well out there everywhere. If we look more carefully this is the case always no matter the profession, or work or labor, on every single action we do. And this is the case also on everything we do in life.  We need to find the best choice based on some external information. I believe that this is a universal agreement whether is a spiritual, religious or scientific point of view; choice of our actions is based on the knowledge of something external we acquire. And there is something out there that ultimately can explain all, prisca theologia, theory of everything, the absolute truth. In essence GOOD is not something we have or we make, GOOD is external. We have operated under this assumption for all our existence and every action we do today we continue to believe it.

Creation and the myth of Dragon

The present understanding is that the continuous presence of myth on the collegial imaginary repository holds some symbolical clue in need to be decoded, there has been some sort of understanding penciled in throughout the time and that has affected the way of life. This still holds true. But can we look a bit deeper, is there another reason why? A reason as relevant today as it was when the myth was created, a reason that has not changed or understood. And the myths that are more popular or stick out will have a better clue.   There are some assumptions we make, we make them every day in our life and we operate by them.

First the popular contest whether is a myth or a song, or a post, or election we decide the validity with the popularity it gets. Another secondary assumption is based on how successful are the ones telling the story.

Both this assumptions come from another the same big unspoken understanding; we know what we are doing. Not exactly I phrased that wrong.  We don’t exactly “know”, we actually know that when we feel right is based on something that is correct and are drawn to it, to understand or act upon.

So there are universal myths the ones that transcend cultures, time and places. One is that of creation and another one that of the dragon. One talks about our origins and the symbolic there is very clear, there is a separation. So there is another place. The other one talk’s about the job, our purpose here. Myth of the dragon seems to fit well being the sequel to that of creation. And this one is clear too man must be brave and the women must accept this action of the man.

The sun, the moon and the secret of life (hidden in plain sight)

Life is an act of creation. We associate life with growth something knows how to replicate itself to be alive. So there are two component’s involved the built in knowledge, the imaginary part and the conversion of this knowledge to form, the matter.

When considering conscious life this becomes apparent, everything we do is an act of creation. But there is an addition; we can create outside of ourselves at will. What does this mean? The imaginary side kicks in and starts the process to use the faculties to make something new and this imaginary part is imbued in thing. The meaning that existed on the imaginary has taken form in matter. Man the brave, the creator, champion of the world, the sun. Animus function. I say only man because he is in the forefront of this activity, and rightfully so.  Out of this activity all of this new creation comes with an expiry date and also an association to the GOOD. There is a relation between the expiry date and the GOOD. The more knowledge we have the better the creation will be. What are we actually doing? What does this mean? We are literally matching, matching the matter with this knowledge. We matching it to something external we discovering and to something that resides outside. We receive information from this outside and create accordingly and the better we do it the more we learn. However if we are actually matching then creating it here is only half the work, what we made must be checked. Information about what was created needs to be send back and be compared to the original information. The confirmation, the verification, the reflection, the moon.  The Anima function.

While not as obvious as the first this operation requires a higher level of choosing and consequently a higher level of “knowing”. Anima is the higher function as it closes the loop to the source

Creation, the fall and the myth of Dragon

In the beginning there was a pretty lady. Noop it actually started with the man, but then literally it got so boring and a woman was needed. Original story seems to come from as early as anyone can remember. There are various myths throughout the time and from separate cultures that describe symbolically a similar narrative as the story of Adam, Eve and an apple. I am going to look at this particular myth of the “fall”. I am also going to tell you why.
The present understanding is that the myth presence on the collegial imaginary repository holds some symbolical clue in need to be decoded, because that has affected the way of life, this still holds true. But can we look a bit deeper why? Why we need the myths and why to look at the ones that become popular or stick out.   There are some assumptions we make, we make them every day in our life and we operate by them.
First the popular contest whether is a myth or a song, or a post, or election we decide the validity with the popularity it gets. Another secondary assumption is based on how successful are the ones telling the story.
Both this assumptions come from the same big one that, we know what we doing. Not exactly I phrased that wrong.  We don’t exactly “know”, we actually know that when we feel right is based on something that is correct and are drawn to understand it. Please be patient with me I will get back to the pretty lady.
So since the story has persisted staying in the imagination while interacting with the feelings of many people, then the validity of the myth is already completed. We need to understand it, and possibly articulate the reason.
The story tells about a place where everything is good. You can see my other post about “good”. So there is an environment, sounds different from what we know.  There is someone called God that made the man and called him Adam, made him in his likeness; provides food and board literally gave the world to him and Adam does not have to do anything. But there is the possibility that Adam can be just like God. Wouldn’t that be a glorious day for God? There is a tree, the tree of knowledge and the fruit could make one know the good and the evil. However no matter if this is just an apple or a really special magic fruit. It will never work; it will never work if Adam does not take initiative. How can you become a real God following orders, reading instructions?  But Adam does not get it, he is just living the life, you know. So then help is needed and help arrives. Her name is Eve and she is beautiful all the expressions on her face, the curves on the body, the smoothness of skin, the gracious movement, the smile, the laugh and cheerful sounds. And just in case Adam does not notice, let’s remove something from him so functionally he will need and desire the woman. He will like to impress her take initiative and become God, for sure he will. No sir, no luck in heaven today, hey just living the life man. But Eve understood and had to do something, enough with the drama she gave the apple to Adam. Great news, now officially Adam is equal to God.
So God comes to meet Adam, finally the day he has expected is here. Adam took the initiative and now he knows, he understands. He will be grateful to God for all he has received and will say thank you, he is responsible and in charge of his action. What will Adam do next? The future will be amazing.
Not really, that must be another story; this Adam first blames Eve and then blames God.  The words were, I followed orders man I always do. Now Adam is a God and a Follower? There is a rift a rupture on the very fabric of “good” the action of what took place is different from the meaning of what is being spoken. Can two versions exist, that can’t be possible? Adam the coward, Adam the ungrateful. For the first time the very existence is at stake in heaven.
So the eyes are on Eve what will she say, will she side with God or Adam? She starts speaking , the snake she says…
What? THE WHAT!? What is going on? There was no snake. There was never a snake. Let’s calm down and see what is going on and what Eve just did. She took all her man’s actions, and thoughts, and cowardice and the ungratefulness the total sum worth of wickedness and gave it a shape gave it a form and stuff it all in, she also put inside her own knowledge, the initiative and why not all the flaming rage of the occasion.  But she stood by her man. She did make something out of Adam, Adam plus the dragon is equal to a God. Look God I fixed it. She did her job, maybe lied a bit, no she has the faculties and made her first creation and saved heaven. Well poor Eve you fixed it, you deal with him, hmm them.
So Eve saved the heaven, saved her man and saved the day. There is no other creature on earth that is so constant in myth; the myth of the dragon is ubiquitous throughout time and cultures. One could say is part of our psyche, is a part of the man.
Until this Man and Dragon thing is being solved the heaven and the earth must stay separated and the myth of slaying the dragon is born. Man will find the courage and bravery and make it up to the woman for his cowardice and find his true self. Woman will be truthful and will not make any more ”inventions”. Now the myth’s put the woman in distress, sleep or very secluded not taking any chances, probably the story was added by man, otherwise she will go way with the dragon. Eventually both man and woman will learn to choose the good and the journey is over no more separation from heaven.
So the myth in simple words says, we are separated from God, man needs to be brave woman must be truthful for the transformation that started with the apple to end.
In terms of the functionality of the feminine the effect that it has on reality myth gives us some clues. Role of the feminine is crucial and after that all pieces fall down like domino's. Until next time.

Handing over the key

 I posted on FB today.

It has been over a year since I was on FB and have not posted anything, I am back. The page is still here and so are you, thank you!

My interest on the topic is a constant in my life and has not changed, still trying to learn how life works. I believe I can explain what I learned so far and what I want to say with maybe 5 or 6 posts. I will need your help with a feedback if what I say makes sense. So what do I want to say here?

Based on what information I have found looks like it all started with this guy called Hermes Trismegistus, in simple terms he had the meaning of reality and all different philosophies or religions that came after are based on that. Then in time efforts are made to find back this ”Prisca theologia” as the main source of enlightenment for all human kind. I believe no one really understood what they were looking for. And also separately every theology or religion tries to pass along some aspect of what once was known.

Flash forward today, with the scientific environment. As ironic as it can be, scientist is someone that makes the living by advancing and using mental skills, yet some, most, based their understanding of reality solely on the material by ignoring the “imaginary”. As they advanced and advanced they came to a point where the “imaginary” is the prime ingredient of reality, “quantum physics”. They do realize that all is connected and are making efforts to find “The theory of Everything”.

Now they look as one as the same thing, prisca theologia explains everything, theory of everything explains , well …? There is a reason the search for this has never stopped, we all “know it”, albeit mostly through feelings, and we just want to articulate it we need to know it, so we can use it? And this is the kicker responsibility is required. So one can argue that you should not know it, until one is ready. Let’s guess that if one knows with little simple words the workings, the meaning of one’s action, then without any doubts the choice one makes cannot be reversed. Removing your last excuse can be very important.

So with that said this is what I want to share. I will write how all works with little simple words. I understand how this sound. But how else can I say it?

The order of Life

The Order of Life

 Introduction

I had some hesitation in making my thoughts public. Initially was the desire to share my thoughts what I learned so far with the hope that will help others, or simply to receive some feedback so I can evaluate this perspective I have. Secondly came the fear that I might be misunderstood or worse what I offer it will be misused and make things worse.
First things first, here goes the disclaimer. By nature we have this approach to use anything to our self-benefit, to our personal advantage which is not necessarily a bad thing. After all we have to advance ourselves and that’s the best motivation to prosper individually, better our immediate group where we belong and why not all the way to life as a whole. However sometimes this goes too far when it involves using noble causes, high ideals that which is sacred, even GOD. We convince or better lie to ourselves that we can use these higher things as a personal tool for our profit. Most of the time, without being aware, we appoint ourselves as a representative and beneficiary of these higher ideals, with the purpose to use them to attack others or unduly profit. What I am going to share is mostly common sense, but the results can be very controversial especially if the utility of the ideas depends solely on personal profit as mentioned above. So by continuing to read, you promise that no matter how sure or strongly you will feel to blame, judge or enlighten others; you will NOT do so! If you are reading these lines is not a coincidence. And if it was is your decision from now on. If any idea offered helps you (or not) is a choice you make for yourself and your own understanding of things.

Reality

How does life work?  I have had this strong sense of curiosity in my youth and tried to answer in some way, I couldn’t. After that life kind of settled and mundane things were the primary concern, until one day everything I recognized, everything that was my life broke down. So I had this question pop up again. How does life work?  I needed a simple answer with small everyday words.
By profession I am an engineer, more specifically I am an integrator. On day to day I fix things, and sometimes I get the chance to fit separate parts together to make a complete machine. So with my initial curiosity and this expertise recognizing the role and functionality of the internal parts in a system, I took a look to understand life.
So what is life? Is life only the things about me, as a human? Or can it be what happens out there, because sooner or later that will affect me? And the philosophical thought can be expanded or limited to this and that. I had to round up, life is everything. Everything that I know and surrounds me, everything that we know and surrounds us. Also everything that is inside of us, that is life.
Where to start then? Initially this everything can be divided into two main parts. Throughout the time people looked for an answer, and said there is “the material” and “the imaginary”. It is important that I understood this and also note as to where the dividing line might be. “The material” is what a human can experience with the senses, this then is expanded to what we can verify to exist with our senses and our made up sensors. “The imaginary” is what is in our minds, most commonly referred to as mental states or consciousness. And rightfully so this dimensions is expanded and includes the unconsciousness as well.
“The material” and “the imaginary”, do we know how they relate to each other, or if at all? Despite that, which one is more important? Is there something fundamental, to this everything? Is the fundamental found into “the material” or “the imaginary” part.
Most of the early thought is dominated with the idealistic approach. In essence there is an influence outside of “the material” that pulls the strings.
As the knowledge of “the material” grew, the scales tipped. Understanding of various forces being an interaction of “the material” parts led some to the conclusion that, there is nothing else then.

The double slit experiment

As the progress of discovering “the material” went on, it looked as matter is fundamental to all. For example if we push the couch in the living room it will move, the force is initiated from “the material” parts and the move of the couch is explained. So forces are initiated from the material. Taking this illustration further, if we drop a rock in a bucket of water we get the rock in the bottom and the force is transferred as waves on the water. Even other types of forces, like magnetism which is an invisible force and maybe a bit more complicated as does not need matter to travel. Still there is a magnet or something material causing it. Relation to the material is fundamental.  Gravity as a matter of fact is something that fits well with the material correlation concept, the bigger something is the more force it creates. As the progress continued science looked at the most tiny piece to determine the very nature of it, how “the material” is built. The experiment goes something like this, they took this tiny piece which should be just a “little rock” and in order to check it, they drop it in the empty bucket. Instead of the bang in the bottom, they saw “wavy water” and no rock. The only way to see the “rock”, the only way to get the “little rock” back, is to use (surprise) “the imaginary”!
To say the least, this is confusing and unexpected. So they did the experiment over and over in different ways for many, many years. The result is still the same. You need “the imaginary” to get the “little rock”.

Freud and Jung

Around the same time the experiment with the “little rock” was going on, two scientists decided is time to take a better look at “the imaginary”.  At least when it comes to the individual level you cannot discard the importance of “the imaginary”. But how important is it? How does it work? First was the acknowledgment of these two parts the conscious and the unconscious. I call it, the imaginary we can control and the imaginary we cannot control. Freud noted that the feminine is fundamental to the conscious unconscious relationship. As we going to see this is the key if we want to understand anything. Jung dug a bit deeper. Jung established the unconscious as a separate functional dimension. This dimension has a meaningful communication with the conscious through universal symbols. Furthermore he noted that masculine and feminine is not separate but it is part of everyone.
Today is widely accepted that “the imaginary” is important on the physical wellbeing and a branch of science is created to work based on these understandings.

The GOOD

What is GOOD? What kind of question is this? The task is to find the meaning of GOOD. The meaning is a collective agreement on the understanding of an object or phenomena given with a word. The way we carry our lives, every law that is written, is dependent on the meaning of “Good”.  To look for the meaning on a broader scope is to find the symbol, the root, the origin of the word.
The symbolic meaning is actually a universal definition across cultures and time; it is the function of the phenomenon in life. We know and use in everyday talk all the secrets of life, albeit not always aware.
I wrote my thought process for this and will not repeat here, but I will present my conclusion. On a functional level every time we use the word GOOD we actually present a benefit correlation with time.  With the higher, absolute GOOD, being a permanent or never ending state. The symbol coming from the depths of time is the picture of uroboros or presently the more modern recycling symbol.
The result, for me, is that GOOD is an external quality not influenced by “the material” or “the imaginary”. But more than just an absolute concept is a functioning and powerful phenomenon. Just like gravity pulls down every material object on earth so choosing or simply being closer to the GOOD has a prolonging effect.

Verification

What I mentioned above is more or less common knowledge. Below you will find my answers on what I found, that I am content with, so far.
The challenge on a materialistic or idealistic point of view is how to differentiate what we experience from our senses, consciousness, from what really is out there. There is no need to differentiate between “the material” and “the imaginary” as experienced from a single person because they are one. Each person is a world in itself, literally. So if a person’s consciousness is the world or one copy of it, then what the unconsciousness is supposed to be? Unconsciousness is the same, just one more copy. But this copy is special we cannot mess with it. For every entry submitted to the consciousness an entry to the unconsciousness must be submitted too. The latter is what constitutes the truth. There are some functions here related to what we call absolute and relative. Nevertheless in order to secure the prerequisite for existence on the conscious plane a validation or verification is needed on the other copy.
Freud called this elements work and love and Jung animus and anima. I would like to describe a function to denote these elements, I choose initiation and verification. So in this view “life” is comprised of four elements matter, initiation, meaning and verification. While we are familiar of what it takes to create something in the real world the job does not stop there, verification is needed to start with and validated continuously. Lately in psychology the personal level self-verification is kind of recognized and called grit, largely in society the function of verification is known as fate, and fate is correlated to what we know as the feminine.

Three realms

Reality is created but there is a distinction when solely on a personal level and the one connected to everyone in the physical, conscious the collective level. Jung also noticed there are two levels of unconsciousness, personal and a collective one. Another realm where there was no people involvement is called matteria prima. Last one has a good verification element, maybe that’s why science is so successful in studying it.
So there are three levels of reality each one created from 4 elements. Everything that exists in life is a combination of these 12 variables.
The personal and the collective must be in good rapport with each other and both in good rapport with the physical world. When this happens along all three levels we have harmony Shiva and when the debt collected in the unconsciousness becomes too big on the first two levels, then lord Rudra with trident.

Adam, Eve and the hero story

I took a flight of fancy on the last paragraph above, so here goes some more.
God created Adam in his likeness, with creation powers. Adam got the first job, it was to fix himself. What better way to become independent. Based on the function he was divided in two, job was each part to recognize own function and realize they are one. Everything must check out and be verified to exist. Eve’s job was to verify so naturally she cannot allow the apple to exist without checking. So Eve made a job for Adam, clearly now is in his scope so he complied. So far all is good they did the job together and just need to acknowledge, the job is complete. Well almost, Adam considered himself apart and could not verify himself pointing at Eve he lost himself, acknowledged what he did was not okay with him, he actually said I am not complete. With the power vested in him created cowardice. Eve picked up on Adam’s new creation, I am not complete. On one hand everything must check out, but if something that is not complete can exist? Well then, the first lie was born. Some animal was guilty.
In the place of GOOD and permanent, all must be complete. So the incomplete shifted and was materialized in the temporary. Cowardice and lie took this shape with the shiny scales and the breathing fire.  Adam was going to kill the dragon made from his fear and complete himself to step up into forever, ever after. He knew that no matter if he was a toad or a beast now. Eve will make him whole, if he found the courage.

All is magic, and truth is the highest form of magic as it erases any difference with the unconscious version. Life is created from principles not things.
